A 19-year-old learner from Tsosoloso Ya Afrika Secondary School has been arrested by Ivory Park SAPS on Monday after he allegedly stabbed and killed an 18-yea- old fellow learner with a pair of scissors.
The police received a complaint from the school principal and on arrival they found the paramedics already at the scene, who declared the victim dead.
According to Ivory Park SAPS spokesman, W/O Sekgobela, it is alleged the two had an argument and the suspect took the scissors, which he was using to cut out pictures, and stabbed the victim once on the body.
The suspect and deceased were both in Grade 12.
