TWO suspects were arrested in Edenvale for manufacturing drugs on Friday at 6.30pm.
According to Norkem Park SAPS spokesman, Capt Lesibana Molokomme, the police were following up on a tip off that there was a house where drugs were being sold.
Molokomme said the information led them to Elmhoet Complex on Juniper Drive in Edenvale.

“When the suspect noticed that police were knocking at his door, he tried to escape through the back by jumping from the balcony, throwing himself from the third floor and injuring his right leg,” explained Molokomme.
When police searched him, he was found in possession of a white substance suspected to be drugs.
“His house was searched and drugs, chemicals and scales to weigh drugs were also found,” added Molokomme.
The recovered drugs were valued at plus minus R300 000.
The man’s girlfriend was arrested in the early hours of the following day at the same place.
