CCTV footage: Car hijacked outside Emperors Palace entrance

An armed robbery just outside the entrance to Emperors Palace, was captured on CCTV footage.

The incident took place on Friday at 2pm.

In the video one can see three men getting out of a vehicle which pulled in next to the victim’s SUV. Three men jump out and go to the driver’s side. The driver is pulled out of the vehicle while one robber walks around the SUV and get into the car on the passenger side.

The three then speed off, one in the getaway car and two in the stolen SUV. The SUV was later recovered in Jet Park.
