A Tembisa father who killed his two children on Wednesday evening by slitting their throats, has been found dead on Thursday.
The man also stabbed the mother of his children but she survived.

Police spokesperson, Capt Tsekiso Mofokeng said the man arrived at a house in Phomolong and took his two children inside where he allegedly slit their throats with a knife.
The five-year-old boy and the two year-old girl died instantly. He then left the kids and went to a nearby shebeen where he found their mother. He stabbed her on the upper body.
The body of the man was found at the back of a house in Tembisa later the same day. It is believed he committed suicide.
A case of double murder, attempted murder and suspected suicide is being investigated.
