THREE housebreakers were arrested on Tuesday morning after breaking into a Van Riebeeck house and stealing a variety of items.
According to Capt Lesibana Molokomme, spokesman for Norkem Park SAPS, the arrests were made after a team effort involving the police, MML Security, Cops Security and Black Ops Security.

Molokomme said security services responded to a housebreaking in progress on Aurora Street. On arrival one suspect was arrested at the house.
A tip-off from a resident led law enforcement officers to the corner of Klapper and Akasia streets in Edleen.
“Here two male suspects, aged 25 and 26, were arrested for the possession of stolen property, including several pairs of shoes and takkies, three cameras, jewellery, three bottles of wines and clothes, all stolen at the house on Aurora Street.
“The owner was traced and came to identify his property,” Molokomme said.
