Join Easter service at old age home
Choir singing has been part of Allen Park for decades
THE Council for the Aged Kempton Park will present its annual Easter service on Wednesday, March 23, at 7pm in the Allen Park hall.
The Cantate Deo Choir under the direction of Erna Grimbeek, soloist Este Gross and David Grimbeek on cello are the performers.
Gross is a radio presenter at RSG and likes to write her own songs.
Grimbeek is known in Kempton Park for her involvement with the choirs of Hoërskool Kempton Park and the Rheinberger Kamerkoor.
Members of the Cantate Deo Choir are mostly residents of Allen Park. Choir singing has been part of Allen Park for decades and the choir has excelled itself under the new directorship of Grimbeek.
Residents are invited to attend the evening.
