STAFF members at Ackermans in Norkem Mall were held at gunpoint by four robbers on Sunday morning around 11.40am.
Two of the suspects were arrested while two others managed to escape with an undisclosed amount of money.
The armed suspects, according to Norkem Park SAPS spokesman, Capt Lesibana Molokomme, entered Ackermans and instructed the manager to pack expensive cellphones into bags.

Security around the mall noticed the robbery and called the police,” explained Molokomme.
“Police responded swiftly to the complaint. Upon arrival they arrested one of the suspects at the scene and a second who was trying to escape,” he added.
Two of the suspects escaped in a white Toyota Tazz, registration number unknown.
“The arrested suspects were found in possession of store keys and the manager’s cellphone. The two escaped suspects did not manage to make a run with the four bags full of cellphones from the store.”
The arrested suspects, aged 34 and 38, will face a charge of business robbery.
