A man has suffered serious injuries when he was hit by a vehicle on the R24 this afternoon at 12.30pm.
According to Athlenda Mathe of Netcare 911 paramedics managed to stabilise the critically injured man on scene before transporting him to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
