The SAPS is looking for a man between the ages of 23 to 30 in connection with an attempted hijacking.
A witness alleged that he came home at around 3am. He parked his car at the gate and exited the vehicle.
Constable Patricia Mgijimma said three suspects allegedly came running towards him and fought with him before taking his car keys.
“They tried to start the car but couldn’t,” said Const Mgijimma.
The suspects took two cellular phones and left as it was starting to get busy along the road.
