Paramedics managed to stabilise her on scene before transporting her to a nearby hospital
A 22-year-old woman cyclist has sustained serious injuries when she was struck by a vehicle on Pomona Road on Saturday afternoon at 5pm.
According to Athlenda Mathe from Netcare she was crossing the road when she was struck by the car.
Paramedics managed to stabilise her on scene before transporting her to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
