A 23-year-old motorcyclist is in a critical condition and was taken to Tembisa Hospital after a collision on the corner of Highveld Road and Lily Street on Friday morning.
It is believed he sustained a femur fracture and possible head injuries when he crashed into the left side of a Ford Focus.
The 28-year-old driver of the Ford, along with one passenger, did not sustain any injuries.
ER24 transported the patient. The accident took place at around 8.30am.
