Happy ending as missing girl is found
She was found after The Tembisan reported on her family's pleas for assistance in finding their daughter.
An article about a missing girl, published by The Tembisan on May 6, ended in smiles when her family found her.
Miss Zinitha Nyembe went missing on April 30. She was found after The Tembisan reported on her family’s pleas for assistance in finding their daughter.
Mr Steven Nyembe said the community came forward with information about her whereabouts after seeing her photo in the newspaper.
Miss Nyembe was taken to the police station and thereafter she was taken to Tembisa Hospital where she was admitted.
“The Nyembe family in Mqantsa Section wishes to thank The Tembisan as well as the community of Tembisa for helping us to find our daughter, Zinitha. We would not have found her as she is mentally disabled,” said Mr Steven Nyembe, who spoke on behalf of the family.
