Morning of fun for children

One of the projects this year was to invite the 52 children from the Ubuhle Bezwe Orphanage in Tembisa for a morning of fun.

The Trinity Presbyterian Church in Edenvale held its annual ‘Day of Service’ on Saturday, May 21.

One of the projects this year was to invite the 52 children from the Ubuhle Bezwe Orphanage in Tembisa for a morning of fun.

The event was hosted at Elma Park Pre-Primary School and activities for all ages were held.

The children from Ubuhle Bezwe ranged in age from three months old to 18 years of age.

The pre-primary school provided the food and beverages for the day and each child received a goodie bag to take home.

The gift bags were age-appropriate for each child and included clothing, toiletries, a cool drink bottle and other items.

The Trinity Presbyterian Church thanked Elma Park Pre-Primary for supporting the event.
