Welfare centre seeks children’s relatives
"We are appealing for information regarding any family members or relatives."
The Tembisa Family and Child Welfare Centre is looking for the family or relatives of Nhlanhla, Happy and Nokuthula Mlala.
According to the Tembisa Family and Child Welfare’s social worker, Ms Kate Khoza, the mother of the children is Mbali Mlala (24) who lives in Umthambeka Section, Tembisa.
“The children were taken from their mother because it was alleged that the mother was unfit to give the children proper care. Concerned community members in the area reported the mother to the social workers,” said Ms Khoza.
Nhlanhla was born on May 20, 2012 and Happy was born on March 4, 2010. Nokuthula was born on August 1, 2014.
“We are appealing for information regarding any family members or relatives,” said Ms Khoza.
