False alarm: fuel deliveries continue
'We can confirm that this information is incorrect '

Chevron South Africa has dismissed rumours of a fuel delivery strike circulating on social media.
The company and chemicals union, Ceppwawu, claimed no knowledge of the origins of the false strike notices which had been circulated on social media the past few days.
In a statement released on Wednesday, Chevron SA said: “We can confirm that this information is incorrect and fuel deliveries and supplies to filling stations across the country remain normal,” said Chevron SA communications manager, Suzanne Pullinger.
