The patient identifies himself as Mr Simon Magwagwa from Tembisa, Extension 5. He claims his brother’s name is Mr Thomas Magwagwa.

The Tembisa Hospital needs help in finding the relatives of the following people:

  •  Albert Gumede.
  •  Lucky Mathandela Nxele.
  •  Dan Moyeni.
  •  Natasha Matrose.

“Anyone who may have knowledge or recognise one of the patient’s names, is requested to contact the hospital. Residents’ assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated,” said the Tembisa Hospital communications manager, Ms Nothando Nokulunga Mdluli.
