Festival Mall fashion and modelling show seeks designers
he event will be free for people to attend and is located in front of the Homecorp Parking area at Festival Mall.
EKURHULENI’S young or emerging fashion designers are urgently being invited to come forward and showcase their work between May 26 and 27.
Fashion designers do not have to pay anything. However, their designs have to be viewed by the organisers first before a process of matching designs with the right models.
The event will be free for people to attend. It will take place in front of the Homecorp parking area at Festival Mall.
Small companies and large corporates can sponsor various elements of the event.
The event is important as it could open up employment opportunities for the city’s fashion designers as well as fashion models.
The vision is to provide employment while inspiring hope for the future and perseverance for young creatives in the entire region.
Emerging talents will be spotted by established fashion labels, chain stores and boutiques, as well as modelling agencies and the commercial advertising industry and other interested parties.
