Stunts galore at Flight Night spectacular at Kyalami
As the light disappears each evening, lethal ramps will be pulled strategically into place
A new thrill, Flight Night, has been added to South Africa Bike Festival 2017 at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit from May 26 to 28.
As the light disappears each evening, lethal ramps will be pulled strategically into place by stunt experts, lead by international FMX daredevil legend Jimmy Hill (Yamaha), hailing all the way from the USA, followed closely by Monster’s “local elite” Alastair Sayer (Yamaha) and Jungle Rush’s Dallan Goldman (Yamaha).
This awesome trio hail from the global stage training, performing and competing with the greats from Masters of Dirt, X-Games and Nitro Games. Together, they will create the most sensational FMX demonstration Gauteng has ever seen.
Flight Night will be hosted on the mic by another international flavour, “Tricky Nicky”, who will entertain, explain and educate all on what they can expect from these talented athletes. Canadian pro-freestyle mountain biker Nick Clarke will ensure all stay on top of the action.
Flight Night will also incorporate the brother duo Brent and Bruce Le Riche, who will also perform on their new rig throughout the festival weekend.
Another first for South Africa Bike Festival is the introduction of the ramp rodeo BMX and skate invitational.
Witness South Africa’s top BMX and skate athletes go head to head in a jam-style format.
