Meetings to help heal families
They offer support for families/people suffering from the consequences of addictions and provide support through recovery
A support group for loved ones, and anyone suffering from the consequences of alcohol and substance abuse, is meeting weekly at Maranatha Community Church on Dann Road in Glen Marais.
The need is escalating and the community is unaware of where to get help and on-going support.
HEAL (Healing, Educating, Addicted Lives) groups have been running for over eight years in Benoni, Edenvale, Kempton Park, Pretoria, Alberton and in the northern suburbs of Gauteng. They offer support for families/people suffering from the consequences of addictions and provide support through recovery.
Meetings are every Tuesday night at 7pm.
