A minibus that was reported stolen in Etwatwa near Benoni was recovered in Bonaero Park.
The Toyota Siyaya was found in the early hours of Tuesday morning on Atlas Road near the R21 off-ramp into Bonaero.
Two suspects were arrested in relation to the incident after Kempton SAPS’ crime prevention unit members pulled the two over while they were in the minibus.
According to Kempton police spokesperson, Capt Jethro Mtshali, the unit members checked the registration details of the minibus and found the vehicle had been reported stolen in Etwatwa this month.
Both suspects, aged 26 and 27, were arrested for possession of a suspected stolen vehicle.
