Local DJ brings international DJ to Kempton Park
Local up and coming DJs will have lots to learn on June 16.
KEMPTON Park’s young up-and-coming DJs are set to be inspired by international DJ and house music guru, Harrison Crump, on June 16.
DJ Starneo (real name Neo Lephoto) decided to use his connections to bring the famous disc jockey to Jubilee Car Wash on Jubilee Street to motivate and inspire local youngsters.
“I felt this could be what the young crop of DJs need to draw inspiration and learn more about the music business and other aspects of being a DJ,” said the Kempton Park CBD resident. “There are a lot of talented young people here and for that reason I asked Harrison Crump to come here and have a talk with the locals.”
“The DJs who will be present at the event will learn a lot with regards to growing their brands, establishing their own merchandise and networking. They will also be given space to have their stalls and promote their brands for free. We really want them to use Youth Day to be inspired and motivated in this crime-stricken CBD,” said DJ Starneo.
The event will be called USA Influence Experience.
The venue will be packed with other music lovers and people who will be teaching youngsters about the importance of believing in their dream and eliminating self-doubt.
