RESIDENTS are invited to attend the June Community Policing meeting for Van Riebeeck Park.

All residents and business owners are once again urged to attend, due to the increase in crime in the area. Please also encourage your neighbour or friend to come along with you.

The next meeting will be held on July 12 and the community is invited to attend this informative gathering, where issues such as safety and security are discussed.

As usual, the meeting will be held at the Palm Springs Centre, situated on Christoffel Street, Van Riebeeck Park, Extension Four at 6.30pm.

Community members who would like to stay informed can join the Community Police Forum’s (CPF’s) social media groups.

To join the Van Riebeeck Park community police WhatsApp group, send an SMS to 072 613 5204 with your details and email address, and a membership form will be emailed to you.

Residents can also join the Facebook page “Community Policing Van Riebeeck Park”.
