Doctor’s rooms in Van Riebeeck Park robbed

STAFF at a Van Riebeeck Park doctor’s consulting rooms were left severely traumatised following an armed robbery on Friday.

Capt Lesibana Molokomme, spokesperson for Norkem Park SAPS, said four men entered the doctor’s rooms on Christoffel Street.

“Three of them were armed with firearms and escaped with jewellery, a laptop and a wallet. The suspects were driving a blue Mazda 2 with registration FZ 25 LG GP,” Molokomme said.

“The police are busy with investigations to find the car owner and suspects. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the car used and the suspects can contact Norkem Park SAPS on 011 391 1814/5 or 086 001 0111.”
