Hundreds of litres of water for Cape Town

GLEN Erasmia Boulevard Home Owners Association donated over 400 five-litre bottles of water to the drought-stricken Cape Town on December 1.

This was part of All Scan’s initiative in co-operation with Gift of the Givers.

“We were approached by Elzie Combrink from All Scan and she asked that we help to donate and we decided to give 437 bottles,” said Greta Bezuidenhout, estate manager of Glen Erasmia Boulevard Home Owners Association.

“In an effort to get help for the situation in Cape Town, we approached other bodies as well and we didn’t hesitate to get involved and assist.

“The number of bottles indicates one bottle per household of Glen Erasmia Boulevard.”
