The Spar at Edleen circle was robbed at 7pm on Friday evening.
According to reports no-one was injured but people were treated for shock on the scene.
Initial information suggests six armed men were involved in the robbery and money from the tills were taken.
The suspects apparently fled in the direction of Panorama Avenue.
