
Two school learners were robbed on May 9.
Captain Mnyadza Ralidzhivha said the two 13-year-old scholars were robbed at Moriting Section by people who were driving a black Polo.
“The learners alleged that they were walking on the street when a black Polo stopped next to them.
A man from the back seat of the vehicle came out brandishing a firearm.
He pointed the firearm at them and robbed them of their school tablets. Then they went back to the car and drove off,” said Captain Ralidzhivha.
Tembisa police are appealing to community members who may have witnessed the incident to come forward with information.
