The City of Ekurhuleni will engage residents, land owners and business people about the Aero-Blaauwpan Urban Design Precinct Plan during an open day at Impala Park Community Hall, Nimbus Street off Elizabeth Road in Boksburg on Saturday, May 19.
On the day, interested parties will have a chance to view the draft proposals between 9am and noon, and can then give input before the closing date.
This proposed development will benefit areas like Blaauwpan between Atlas and Great North roads, part of Bonaero Park, Caro Nome and Brentwood Park.
The precinct plan will serve to guide future development in these areas.
You can give input in writing by emailing urbandesign@ekurhuleni.gov.za or place your comment in boxes at Kempton Park Library at Kempton Park Civic Centre or at Benoni Library at Benoni Civic Centre.
You can also post to Ekurhuleni City Planning Department, Private Bag x13, Kempton Park, 1620.
The draft precinct plan can be viewed on the City’s website – www.ekurhuleni.gov.za.
