The City of Ekurhuleni will host a service delivery open day at Kempton Park Customer Care Centre on Friday (June 15) to give residents an opportunity to speak to the city departments that handle their service enquiries.
“The open day will assist residents to get their enquiries sorted quicker as they will be lodged directly with the departments that are responsible for the services concerned,” said Themba Gadebe, metro spokesperson, in a statement issued late on Thursday afternoon.
Queries will be attended to on the spot and those that cannot be addressed on the spot will be noted for speedy resolution.
The open day will start at 9am at the civic centre on CR Swart Drive.
