Tembisa Hospital in search of relatives of two patients in its care

We urge people to contact the hospital if they recognise any of the names or if they know any relatives of the patients.

Tembisa Hospital is making an appeal to members of the community to assist with information that could lead to locating family members of the two patients in the hospital’s care.

According to Tembisa Hospital’s communications manager Nothando Mdluli, the patients have been admitted to the hospital.

“We urge people to contact the hospital if they recognise any of the names, or if they know any relatives of the patients. The patients are Sipho Mtshali. He could be around 25. He was brought to the hospital by social workers from the Department of Social Development. It was reported that he had been picked up by Rhodesfield (Kempton Park) SAPS. He was admitted at the hospital on April 23. He is mentally challenged and physically disabled. Brendon Mofokeng was found roaming around the streets of Tembisa. He is behaving inappropriately and has been admitted on May 9,” said Mdluli.

Mdluli added the assistance of anyone who can assist would be highly appreciated.

Anyone with information may contact the hospital’s communications manager Nothando Mdluli at 011 923 2244 or 082 574 5857.

Can you identify Brandon Mofokeng? If you do, please contact Tembisa Hospital.
