Additional security services will also be implemented on the system.

During these times these services will be available:

• Trains between Centurion and Sandton every 12 minutes

• Trains between Sandton and Park stations every 20 minutes

No trains will be available during the off-peak periods and only Centurion, Sandton and Park stations will be open. All trains will be eight-car trains and operate in both directions.

Buses will only service the above stations during peak hours and will follow the normal routes.

To accommodate Rhodesfield and airport passengers, a bus service between Rhodesfield and Sandton, as well as between Rhodesfield and the airport will be operated from 5.45am to 7pm. A fixed fair of R21 per trip will apply.
