Residents’ water woes will continue today (Wednesday) as yet another major water pipe had burst overnight.
Repairs to a burst pipe on Isando Road also lead to a lengthy water outage earlier this week.

The burst occurred on Casuarina Street, between Long Street and Kempton Road, in Kempton Park CBD.
A team has been dispatched to the site, said ward councillor Jaco Terblanche. The areas affected include the CBD, Kempton Park extensions, Kempton Park Ext 2-4, Aston Manor, Nimrod Park and Glen Marais.
Terblanche said he expected water to be restored late this afternoon.
The same pipe burst in May last year, also causing huge water outages.
