Capt Jethro Mtshali, spokesperson for Kempton Park SAPS, said the incident occurred around 2pm.

“It is believed the mother of one of the minors was called by security officers. On her arrival, she found her son and his friend. The security officers informed her that both minors were robbed of their cellphones by two suspects, a man and a woman, who then drove off in a car,” said Mtshali.
