To improve its water and sanitation services, the City has created a poll, which only takes a few minutes to complete (anonymously), to determine customer satisfaction among residents and businesses.
The survey asks questions such as, how satisfied are you with the job that the city is doing repairing, maintaining and replacing water delivery system;
how satisfied are you with the job that the city is doing protecting, managing, and sustaining Ekurhuleni’s water resources; and how many water outages you experienced in the past year.
