It took four thieves 23 minutes to casually steal a light delivery vehicle (LDV) from a townhouse complex on Panorama Street in Edleen in the early hours of November 8.
CCTV footage shows a vehicle stopping in front of the complex at 3.25am. Three men get out and open the electric gate, as a fourth man stays behind as a lookout.
Once inside, the three men move to their target and push the LDV from its parking spot towards the gate. The gate is opened, the truck is started and the lights are switched on.
The LDV is quickly reversed from the premises, while two men get back into the getaway car.
At 3.48am the gate stands open with no-one in sight and one vehicle missing.
