Pre-schools urged to enter for annual kiddies games

Registration is free and the closing date is January 31.

Tembisa pre-schools are invited to register for participation in this year’s edition of the Ekurhuleni Kiddies Games.

Each pre-school is required to register a team of 10 participants consisting of five girls and five boys between the ages of four and six years.

“Registered pre-schools will kick-off the competition at the area games level, set to begin in February,” said Themba Gadebe, metro spokesperson.

“The eastern and southern regions will begin on February 18 and the northern region on February 12.

Activities in this year’s games include ball throwing and hopping, ring throwing, ball kicking and dribbling, cycling and balancing.”

The grand finale of the games will take place on April 6 at Mehlareng Stadium in Tembisa.

Interested pre-schools can submit their team application by registering through the area coordinators listed below:
