On October 9 a white Hyundai i10 was reported hijacked on Handel Street in Kempton Park West.
The vehicle was recovered the following day in Tembisa area, at Endulwini Section and two suspects managed to escape arrest.

The hunt was on for the duo, aged 28 and 39, who were also on the SAPS wanted list for two counts of attempted murder, two counts of pointing of a firearm and hijackings around Norkem Park area.
One of the suspects, the 28-year-old, ran out of luck on October 16 when he was cornered and caught at 3am in his hiding place. He was taken to the Norkem Park Client Service Centre.
