According to Mokheseng, the metro police, police and other law enforcement agencies burned the midnight oil on October 17 and 18, following a number of house robbery complaints in the Norkem Park area.
They foiled two break-in attempts and acting on a tip-off, moved to Vusimuzi informal settlement in the early hours of the morning, where the five suspects were arrested.
They were positively identified with a spate of house robberies and break-ins. All five male suspects are from Mozambique and were detained at Norkem Park Police Station for house robbery, possession of suspected stolen items and murder.
