
Officials of The City of Ekurhuleni will be visiting several Kempton Park suburbs on Friday in order to establish the extent of the waste removal crisis in Kempton Park.
According to metro spokesperson Themba Gadebe, the mayor, MMCs and waste department staff will deal with the backlog street by street in selected areas today.
The delegation will leave with refuse removal trucks to get first hand experience.
Kempton Express has been invited to join the group.
