Benoni Flying Squad members arrested a suspect for possession of a stolen motorcycle on January 27.
Members were following up on information that led to Ivory Park Extension Six.
Benoni Flying Squad communications officer, W/O Grant Giblin, said a suspect was found with a Honda motorcycle that had been reported stolen in a Tembisa case. He was arrested immediately and the motorcycle impounded.
“Anyone who reported the motorcycle stolen can contact the relevant detective at Tembisa Police Station.
“The suspect, aged 41, will be appearing in the Tembisa Magistrate’s Court soon facing charges of possession of stolen motorcycle.”
