Ekurhuleni metro police nabbed two alleged drug dealers in Kempton Park on Wednesday and confiscated narcotics with a street value of nearly R10 000.
Kobeli Mokheseng, metro police spokesperson, said a woman (28) was arrested on Kwartel Street at 11.30am.
Metro police drug enforcement unit members on patrol caught her with 10 plastic bags of dagga worth R1 000 and took her to Norkem Park Police Station.
The same afternoon at 2pm a man (40) was arrested on Voortrekker Road after crystal meth worth R8 400 was confiscated after he was searched. The suspect was taken to Kempton Park Police Station.
Both suspects face charges of possession and possible dealing in illicit substances.
