Bail application postponed for CBD murder suspect

The victim was admitted to hospital and died on March 11.

A man accused of murdering his sibling will have to stay behind bars until March 31 to apply for bail in Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court.

Decline Nwaizudge (30) was charged with murder and appeared in court on February 27, where the case was postponed until March 31 for a formal bail application.

Nwaizudge was caught on video on March 10 having a verbal and physical confrontation with the deceased in Kempton Park central business district.

He then hurled a brick which hit the victim on his head during a dispute. He was arrested on the scene.

The victim was admitted to hospital and died on March 11.
