Major water outage in Kempton postponed

The major water supply interruption planned by the City of Ekurhuleni in Kempton Park for Tuesday and Wednesday had been postponed.

Themba Gadebe, spokesperson for the City, said it was decided to postpone the interruption because of the major role water plays in maintaining health and hygiene in combating the coronavirus.

The new date will be communicated in due course.

The City of Ekurhuleni apologises for any inconvenience caused.
