Water shutdown: Residents still without water

In its most recent update on the Kempton Park water shutdown, the City of Ekurhuleni stated affected areas are the CBD, Glen Marais, Croydon, Cresslawn, parts of Rhodesfield, Allen Grove, Aston Manor, Bredell, Pomona and Bonaero Park.

CoE stated earlier that technicians had to close water supply to Glen Marais, Kempton Park CBD, Aston Manor, Allen Grove and Bredell to attend to repairs at Kelvin and Western streets.

Water tankers are available at:
– Croydon next to Chicken Licken.
– Rhodesfield, at the corner of Kelvin and Western streets.
– Bredell Spar at the corner of Sixth Road and Third Avenue.
– Pomona at Kwa Max, 305 Mirabel Street.
– Bonaero Park at Ascolona Street next to Oranjehof.
– Bonaero Park at Checkers.
– Bonaero Park at Pick ‘n Pay.
– Brentwood Park Pick ‘n Pay complex, at the corner of Main Street and Stanley Road.
– Brentwood Park at Country Life Estate.
– Glen Marais Checkers complex at the corner of Monument and Rietfontein roads.
