Planned electricity interruption for parts of Thembisa

According to the City of Ekurhuleni, the power interruption is due to routine maintenance work.

The City of Ekurhuleni (CoE) announced a planned electricity supply interruption for residents in Thembisa that will take place on Tuesday (September 22) from 8am to 5pm.

The following areas will be affected: Hospital View, Extension 1, Extension 4, parts of Winnie Mandela, Moriteng, Mashimong, Kopanong, Makhulong, Sethokga, Sedibeng, Extension 7, parts of Mqansa and parts of Ecaleni.

The city has issued a warning to residents stating they are to treat all electrical installations as live at all times and apologised for any inconvenience the planned interruption causes.
