Occupation day held at Little Ashford
JP Clelland and Jaco Jooste from Sec Pros also demonstrated the stop-drop-and-roll fire safety technique to the children.
Sec Pros Security and Emer-G-Med visited Little Ashford Preschool in Rhodesfield on September 16.
The school invited the companies as they are learning about all the different types of occupations available to them.
The children were taught and showed what to do in case they witness an emergency.
Emer-G-Med demonstrated what would happen to someone when they are in an accident.

During the demonstration, the principal of the school, Yolande Savage, was strapped onto the gurney, with Grade R learners assisting.
She was then loaded into the back of the ambulance to show the children the processes and also to see what the ambulance looked like on the inside.
Sec Pros firefighters demonstrated their firefighting equipment, with each child getting the chance to extinguish a ‘fire’.
