Planned water supply interruption in Kempton Park

The shutdown is due to a tie-in of a pipeline at corner Monument Street and Blaauwklippen Avenue.

The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to inform customers in Glen Erasmia, Kempton Park of a planned water supply interruption, to take place from 10:00 to 14:00 on Tuesday, 23 November 2021, which might result in no water supply.

The shutdown is due to a tie-in of a pipeline at corner Monument Street and Blaauwklippen Avenue.

This will affect parts of Glen Erasmia between Braambos Street and Neethingshof Crescent.

A roving water tanker will be dispatched to assist customers in the affected streets.

Consumers are also encouraged to store sufficient water for the duration of the shutdown. The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to apologise for the inconvenience.
