The City of Ekurhuleni announced a water supply interruption in Pomona, Kempton Park and Brakpan.

The planned water supply interruption will take place between 10:00 and 14:00 on November 25.

This is due to a tie in of a T-piece 90mm diametre pipe at corner Methley and Vlei streets which will result in low water pressure to no water.

The areas situated along Methley, Bekker, Dreyer and Vlei streets in Pomona will be affected.

Roving water tanker will be dispatched to assist customers in the affected areas.

In addition, customers are also encouraged to store sufficient water to utilise during this time.
