The workshops are a pre-requisite for admission to the communications and counselling skills course as they believe that no one is in a position to counsel another until they have a clear understanding of themselves.

The 10-week course is facilitated within small groups along with an experienced counsellor and is experiential, not lecture-based.

The course is open to anyone interested in obtaining self-awareness, as well as those wanting to progress into becoming Lifeline counsellors.

The course will take place until March 31 at 3 Russel Street, Western Extension, Benoni, at a cost of R2 000 per participant.
