Sector Crime Forum held in Klipfontein View
Sector Crime Forum discusses dug and alcohol abuse.
A sector crime forum meeting on May 20 in Sector 5 Klipfontein View focused on crime hot spots and challenges faced by the community, which include drug and alcohol abuse.
According to Rabie Ridge SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Dipolelo Moremi, the meeting was attended by Vispol commander Lieutenant Colonel Orbet Mashalane and sector manager Sergeant Matsubani Mphahlele.

“People complain about the drugs around the community but the police need the community to report any information that they have on these drug dens,” added Moremi.
“The CPF has to mobilise the community and inform them to report every crime that they know about. The community was advised that if they have patrol groups established outside of the CPF structure that these need to be registered under the CPF.”
