Members of the National Education Health and Allied Workers’ Union (Nehawu) are on strike at hospitals across Gauteng.

The strike began two days ago and has affected a number of hospitals including Tembisa Hospital.
This morning services at the hospital ground to a halt as Nehawu members prevented staff from providing services to patients.
